Among the cons are limited bank account options and a lack of physical branches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nerdwallet.com\/reviews\/banking\/sofi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NerdWallet<\/a> rates SoFi as 4.9 out of 5.0 stars.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It said: <em>\u201cFinancial services company SoFi gained its bank charter in 2022 and launched a combination checking and savings account, which is not a common offering. It has some of the best rates available, no monthly fees and a solid free overdraft coverage program for customers who qualify.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bankrate.com\/mortgages\/reviews\/sofi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bankrate<\/a>, which specifically examined SoFi Mortgage, gave it a 4.8 out of 5.0-star rating.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fool.com\/money\/banks\/savings-accounts\/reviews\/sofi-checking-and-savings-account-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Motley Fool<\/a>, which reviewed the SoFi Checking and Savings account, gave it a 4.5 out of 5.0 stars rating.
